What do I do if I have forgotten my username/password?
You will have a reminder of your username within the review email sent to you.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Forgotten your Password?’ link on the log-in page, enter either your username or email address into the box, and then click ‘Reset Password’. A new password will then be sent to your nominated email address. Please note, you may need to refresh your email inbox to see this.
What do I do once I have logged in?
Once you have logged in to eSwitch you will see a list of your policies. You must click on ‘View Letter’ next to each plan, to view the recommended portfolio changes. You will then need to select your response to the changes; either ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’, via the ‘Respond to All’ button. Please be aware that for joint policies, both policyholders must be present when selecting a response.
If you are unhappy with any of the recommended portfolio changes, or if your personal and/or financial circumstances have changed, you can comment in the text box provided.
What if I am on holiday during the response period?
The response period is 21 days. If you believe you are going to be away for this whole period or will be unable to respond, it would be worth contacting your adviser to make them aware of this and perhaps how you wish to proceed. The portfolio review email and reminder emails will still be sent to your inbox as usual.
